SVG to PNG
Export a still SVG as a PNG at the pixel dimensions you choose.
Choose your SVG
Set the output size
Width and height are output pixels, independent of your screen's pixel ratio. Keep aspect ratio links the fields using the original SVG proportions. With it off, the SVG's own preserveAspectRatio setting controls whether the artwork is fitted or stretched inside the new canvas.
Default dimensions come from the SVG width and height, then its viewBox. An SVG without either uses 300 × 150 pixels. Physical units use 96 pixels per inch. Transparent areas remain transparent in the PNG.
Use a self-contained SVG
Scripts, event handlers, animation, embedded HTML, linked images, external fonts, linked stylesheets, and document types are rejected. Embed your artwork as vector paths and convert text to outlines if exact lettering matters. System fonts may vary across devices.
The SVG is rendered as an image, never inserted into this page. Its original file is unchanged. PNG is a raster image: choose enough pixels for your intended use because it no longer scales like a vector.
Limits and original files
The original file is not changed. Images are decoded and re-encoded; original metadata is not preserved, and colors may differ. Large images may exceed your device's memory even within the limits. If conversion fails, try a smaller image or another browser.
