How to use it

  1. Paste or type your text, or load the example.
  2. Choose any options, then select Replace text.
  3. Review the result, then copy it or download a text file.

Literal matching

Search text is literal, not a regular expression. Replacement text is also literal, including dollar signs and backslashes. Matches do not overlap and can occur inside longer words. An empty replacement deletes matches. The number of replacements is shown with the result.

Line-based editing normalizes Windows and older Mac line endings to LF. Keep your original if line-ending style matters.
