Image Rotator

Rotate an image by 90, 180, or 270 degrees or enter a custom angle. Export the full rotated image locally with transparent or white corners.

Start with your image

One still PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 30 MB and 24 megapixels. Maximum 8,192 pixels per side. Animated images are rejected.

Image settings

PNG keeps transparency and ignores quality. JPG uses a white background. WebP quality 100 is still lossy.

Your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to ToolPixels.

Rotate without clipping the corners

Positive angles rotate clockwise. Negative angles rotate counterclockwise. The output canvas expands to contain the entire rotated image, so a custom angle may increase its dimensions.

Empty corners stay transparent in PNG or WebP and become white in JPG. Right-angle rotations keep a rectangular image without extra corners. Rotation is applied to the original each time, not repeatedly to the previous result.

Keep the original

Edits are applied to the original image each time. Export re-encodes the decoded pixels and does not preserve the original metadata. Colors may differ with browser decoding. Large images can exceed device memory even within the stated limits. If processing fails, try a smaller image.
