One color, three representations

HEX uses hexadecimal channel values. RGB uses red, green, and blue channels from 0 to 255. HSL describes hue, saturation, and lightness. These are sRGB colors.

A HEX alpha channel is rounded to the nearest of 256 levels. The swatch is composited over white; transparency is included in the copied values.
