Inspect and rebuild query parameters
Paste a query such as ?name=Alex&tag=one&tag=two or a full URL. Parse it, edit the decoded rows, then choose Rebuild query. Add or remove rows as needed. The exported result is the query only, without a leading question mark.
Order, duplicate names, empty names and empty values are kept. A bare flag becomes flag= and empty segments between ampersands are ignored. A plus sign decodes to a space; use %2B for a literal plus. Percent escapes are decoded once as UTF-8. Invalid escapes are rejected, not silently repaired. An unescaped # starts a fragment and is excluded; use %23 inside a value. Enter ? to start with an empty query. Up to 200 parameters and 50,000 input or decoded characters are supported.
