Move PDF pages up or down, or enter a complete page order, and export the rearranged PDF locally.

One PDF, up to 50 MB and 1,000 pages. Password-protected or damaged PDFs are not supported.

Use physical page numbers, starting at 1. Ranges are inclusive. No repeated pages.

Your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to ToolPixels. Files are not saved by this tool. Reset clears the current files and results.

Details and limits

Use Move up and Move down to arrange the numbered pages, or type the full order. Every page must appear exactly once. Page labels refer to physical positions in the original file, not printed numbers.

Keep your original file and review the export. Signed or certified documents are not supported. Restructuring pages does not support interactive forms and may lose bookmarks, document attachments, or cross-page links. Watermarks and numbers cover content; they do not redact or secure it.
