Five-field Unix syntax
Fields are minute, hour, day of month, month and day of week. Numeric values, *, comma lists, ascending ranges and */step or range/step are supported. Sunday is 0 or 7. Names, macros, seconds, years, ?, L, W and # are not supported. With two restricted day fields, either may match; if either begins with *, both must match. Timezone and daylight-saving behavior belong to your scheduler. This helper neither schedules jobs nor guarantees that a calendar combination such as February 31 will occur.
