HEIC decoder: libheif-js 1.19.8 (unmodified ESM WebAssembly bundle) Copyright Kiril Vatev and the libheif and libde265 contributors. libheif-js and libheif: GNU Lesser General Public License version 3. libde265: GNU Lesser General Public License version 3 or later. See LICENSE (LGPLv3 and GPLv3 texts) and COPYING (libde265 license). This decoder is loaded separately at runtime, only for HEIC conversion. Modification and reverse engineering for debugging modified versions of these libraries are permitted. No signature checks prevent replacement. Unmodified corresponding source and build scripts are supplied here: libheif-js-source.tar.gz catdad-experiments/libheif-js commit fe8e9c29440b839910be9dc32e8d2b826c8217ca emscripten-build-source.tar.gz catdad-experiments/libheif-emscripten v1.19.8 libheif-source.tar.gz strukturag/libheif commit 5e9deb19fe6b3768af0bb8e9e5e8438b15171bf3 libde265-source.tar.gz strukturag/libde265 v1.0.15 libheif-js-1.19.8.tgz original npm distribution, including other runtime variants Upstream repositories: https://github.com/catdad-experiments/libheif-js https://github.com/catdad-experiments/libheif-emscripten https://github.com/strukturag/libheif https://github.com/strukturag/libde265 Rebuilding and replacing: Use the included emscripten-build-source .github/workflows/emscripten.yml and the libheif build-emscripten.sh with Emscripten 3.1.61, USE_WASM=1 and USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0. The build includes libde265 1.0.15; the default build disables AOM. In libheif-js, scripts/install.js and scripts/bundle.js document the esbuild step that produces the ESM bundle. Replace this directory's libheif-bundle.mjs with an interface-compatible build. Its default factory must provide HeifDecoder, whose decoded image objects provide get_width(), get_height(), display(), and free(). The readable integration code is ../../tools/heic-worker.js and ../../tools/image-convert.js. Serve the site as ordinary static files; no separate backend or signing step is needed. The decoder is provided without warranty. Source archives are downloads, not runtime assets, and are never loaded by a tool page.
